Looking for more information about our baked goods or a pending order? Check out our list of frequently asked questions below for some quick answers. If you still have something you would like to know, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.

How to Order Gourmet Baked Good?

  • Please fill out the order form with the following: your contact info, type of event and date.

  • All orders must be placed on Wednesday by 5pm.

  • Orders can be picked up on Friday, or Saturday between 12-5pm.

  • Special accommodations can be made upon request.

  • Upon confirmation of order, specific pickup time and date will be arranged.

  • Full payment is required to secure your order.

  • Without payment order requests cannot be confirmed

How to order Cakes and Cupcakes?

  • Please fill out the order form with the following: your name, contact info, type of event, event date, number of guests, and any photos, inspiration, or theme for design.

  • Please allow 1-2 weeks notice for all custom cakes and cupcake orders (additional time may be required for complex designs or requests).

  • Short notice requests can be made at an additional fee if the date is available.

Do you offer gluten free or vegan items?

We pride ourselves on only using the freshest locally produced ingredients to give you the delicious flavours you love and enjoy. At this time we are working on developing those delicious recipes to fit this dietary restriction.

Do you require deposits?

  • Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your order. Without a deposit your order is not confirmed.

  • The balance of your payment is required 5 days prior to the event date.

  • Any changes to your order must be made 5 days prior to the pickup or delivery date.

Are you able to do replicas of a cakes design I send to you?

Although we do accept photos and other inspiration, we cannot guarantee an exact replica. We ask that you allow us to take creative liberty when creating your cake, and trust that our desire is to create something beautiful for your event.

 

Are you a nut free environment?

We are not a nut free environment. Although your baked goods may not contain nuts they may have come in contact with nut products.
Please use your discretion.

Do you deliver?

Delivery is available to select GTA addresses for an additional fee.
Please inquire for further details.

Are any of your items eggless?

Yes! We have plenty of eggless options that can accommodate this request. Please contact us and we can go over some delicious treats.

How do I keep my baked goods fresh?

Please follow the directions on your savvy storage cards that are in your order.

Do you offer sweets table set up?

Yes, we do! We are happy to set up your sweets table. Our fees start at $25+. However, we do not provide cake stands, serving utensils, or plates and ask that you provide it to us or the venue before the event date.
